- Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a third person in a triple room, most hotels will use roll-away beds, and the room size may be the same as a double room.

- Partly utilized tickets and no-show tickets cannot be cancelled.

- Standard check-in time at the hotel is 1400-1500 hours, and check-out time is 1000-1200 hours. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, and the hotel may charge extra.

- Refunds will be processed within 20 working days from the date of request receipt.
