Tour Plan
Day 1 – ROME
Meals
- Upon arriving at the airport, we will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel.
- The instructional flyers posted in the hotel lobby will include all the details you need, including the place, time, and name of your guide.
- We will organize transportation to the Via Cavour neighborhood in Rome at the conclusion of the evening, where you may discover restaurants offering international cuisines like Chinese, Indian, and Italian.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 – ROME
Meals
- After breakfast, we have a lovely trip in the morning that will be a wonderful introduction to "The Eternal City."
- We will travel to the tiny nation of the Vatican, which is the global center of Christianity.
- Later, we will visit St. Peter's Basilica if you wish.
- Included is the famous Roman Coliseum entrance. Thanks to this amazing, 2,000-year-old building, we will go back in time and learn about pre-Roman society.
- After the performance, we arrange a transfer to the Trastevere neighborhood so you may see the area's many hidden gems, such as some modest medieval cathedrals and tiny shops filled with the most peculiar items or representations of everyday life.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 – ROME - FLORENCE
Meals
- After breakfast, we will begin to leave Rome and head north. The scenery during this drive is breathtaking.
- We head straight to the magnificent Piazzale Michelangelo when we arrive in Florence.
- We will visit the old district on foot with a guide in the evening, stopping at locations including the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and the Piazza della Signoria.
- Actually, this busy metropolis is a museum. Take advantage of the downtime to explore.
- You will have time for dinner in the evening, thanks to the many restaurants offering food from all over the world in this area.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 – FLORENCE - VENICE
Meals
- After breakfast, we will travel through the Apennine Mountains, where we are treated to breathtaking mountain scenery.
- When we get to Venice, we'll take a boat across the Giudecca to the Island of Venice.
- We will have a local guide accompany us as we explore the spectacular St. Mark's Square and see the Basilica (entrance included).
- Later, we will proceed to the Murano Glass Factory next. Observing the process used to create this antique glass is fascinating.
- Take advantage of the free time by exploring near the Mestre area.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 – VENICE - INNSBRUCK - ZURICH
Meals
- After breakfast, we will proceed to Austria. Arrival at Innsbruck, with time for a stroll through the town's historic center.
- Next, we will continue our journey through the wonderful Tyrolean scenery as we cross into Switzerland.
- Arrival in Zurich. Free time in the historic city center, which sits right by the lake.
- There is a wide variety of local and international restaurants where you can have dinner.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 – ZURICH - LUCERNE - ZURICH
Meals
- After breakfast, we will travel through stunning countryside with tall mountains and lakes. The landscape around Interlaken is breathtaking.
- Before boarding the cable car to the summit, we'll stop at Grindelwald so that we can get a coffee.
- We will proceed down the meandering road until we reach the "footbridge over the emptiness." Take a risk and brave the amazing scenery and glaciers all around us as you stroll down the bridge.
- Before going back down the mountain, we will stop for lunch (included).
- The next stop is Lucerne, one of Switzerland's most stunning cities. We have time to explore the city in the evening.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 7 –ZURICH - BERNE - PARIS
Meals
- We will travel through beautiful countryside to Bern, the confederation's capital city nestled on a bend in the Aare River and home to the Old Town's well-preserved medieval architecture. It's time for a stroll.
- We then make our way back to France. Enjoy the stunning lake views as we head to Paris.
- We will arrive in Paris in the evening.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8 – PARIS
Meals
- After breakfast, we will depart for Versailles, the enormous palace of the French monarchs.
- Later, we will return to Paris around lunchtime, where we provide a transfer to the Montmartre district. We will ride the funicular up the hill and then descend to take in the breathtaking panorama of Paris. This district is renowned for its cabarets, painters, and artists.
- Lunch can be enjoyed on your own in a wonderful setting.
- The next step is a picturesque guided tour to learn about Paris's history, famous boulevards, and breathtaking landmarks.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 9 – PARIS
Meals
- After breakfast, we proceed to travel to the heart of Paris, beginning near the Eiffel Tower. You will get the chance to ascend to the second floor of this amazing metal structure (ticket included).
- Then, we take a boat ride along the Seine, which separates Paris's north and south.
- Enjoy a free afternoon to do whatever exploring you choose.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10 – PARIS
Meals
- After breakfast, proceed to airport on your own for flight back to India.

- Ticket admission: Coliseum of Rome, Saint Mark's Basilica, and Murano Glass Factory in Venice, 2nd Floor Eiffel Tower in Paris.
- Funicular: Cable car to Grindelwald First, funicular ride to Montmartre district.
- 1 Lunch included in: Lucerne.
- Govt. service tax of 5% is applicable on total billing (GST will be applicable as per Govt regulation).
- All Flight Tickets / All Train Tickets.
- Excludes Visa charges.
- Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from route of your air ticket.
- Porterage, Tips, laundry, telephone charges, all personal items, and all food and drinks not forming part of the group menus.
- Anything not specifically mentioned in ‘What your Tour Price includes’ box.
- Taxes as applicable to be paid extra on the total tour price.
- If the payment is through Credit Card, extra charges of 2.5% on the total billing.
Tour Info
- Estive will not be liable for any decision by the consulate or Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
- Maximum 3 adults allowed per room. As a third person in a triple room, most of the hotels use roll-away beds, and the room size may be the same as a double room.
- Additional supplements on account of fuel hikes, as and when received, will be applicable with immediate effect.
- Once an air ticket is issued, date change penalties will be applicable. Check with our Sales Officer for the applicable charges.
- The rights to vary, amend, alter, or withdraw any itinerary, departure, or excursion rest entirely with the company. Due to airline demand, the in/out points may change. Services, however, will remain unchanged.
- In Group Packages, Arrival and Departure sectors may change due to flight availability. For a group size of 20 passengers and below traveling together, a driver-cum-guide will be provided. For a group size of 20 passengers and above, separate driver and guide will be provided.
- Itinerary is subject to change due to operational constraints, if any.
- Indian dinners and local meals are pre-set, and a-la-carte is not possible.
- Any damage caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay shall be borne by the concerned passengers.
- The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss of baggage, loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangements due to weather conditions, strikes, war, threat of war, quarantine, or any other cause whatsoever. All such loss or expenses must be borne by the passengers.
- The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in the schedules of trains, airplanes, buses, ships, or any other services.
- The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible because, in some cities, coaches are restricted.
- On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc. are closed, the Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the itinerary or cancel the visit.
- There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing, etc., not utilized on your tour, for convenience.
- The flight change/cancellation fees vary based on airline rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fees, please do call us.
- Partly utilized tickets and No-Show tickets cannot be canceled.
- Flight seat guarantee: Subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Domestic ticket is completely non-refundable.
- Standard Check-In time at the hotel is 16:00hrs, and Check-Out time is between 10:00hrs - 12:00hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel might charge you extra for it.
- Hotel change/cancellation fee varies based on hotel rules and currency conversion rates. For exact cancellation/change fees, please call us.
- Children aged 12 years or above are fully charged by the hotel.
- Refunds will be processed within 20 working days from the date of request receipt.
- Coaches used for transfers and sightseeing will be provided only as per the itinerary and not at disposal.
- Please note that rooms in Europe are standard rooms, which are often very small.
