Day 1 – Arrive Jaipur
Meals
- Arrive at Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan, popularly known as the “Pink City”

Day 2 – Jaipur Sightseeing

- Proceed for Jaipur City Tour- visiting Amer Fort is approx. 11 kms away from Jaipur. The fort is built with white marble and red sandstone and looks even more attractive because of the Maota Lake in the foreground. Elephant or Jeep rise is subject to availability (on direct payment basis), City Palace Museum situated in the heart of the old City, Jantar Mantar (Observatory) the huge masonry instruments were used to study the movement of constellations and stars in the sky. Hawa Mahal - The 5 storied stunning semi-octagonal monument having 152 windows with over hanging latticed balconies is a fine piece of Rajput architecture. Originally designed for the royal ladies to watch and enjoy the processions and other activities, on the street below.

Day 3 – Jaipur – Jodhpur – 5 hrs drive approx..

- Check out and transfer to Jodhpur, the second largest city in Rajasthan, known for its shades of blue
- Jodhpur is rich in forts, palaces, temples, havelis, culture, tradition, spices, fabrics, color, and texture

Day 4 –Jodhpur Sightseeing

- Proceed for Jodhpur local sightseeing
- Visit Meherangarh Fort, including palace apartments like Sukh Mahal, Phool Mahal, and Sheesh Mahal, which are beautifully decorated
- Proceed to see Jaswant Thada, a marble memorial to Maharaja Jaswant Singh II built in 1899
- Visit Sardar Bazaar and Clock Tower markets to shop for Indian spices, sweets, textiles, and explore silver markets

Day 5 – Jodhpur – Jaisalmer – 4.5 hrs drive approx..

- Check out and transfer to Jaisalmer, an important ancient trading center due to its strategic location on camel trade routes, often described as the 'Golden City'
- Jaisalmer is famous for its embroidery, Rajasthani mirror work, rugs, blankets, antique silver jewelry, stonework, and camel safaris

Day 6 – Jaisalmer Sightseeing

- Proceed for Jaisalmer local sightseeing - Visit the famous Havelis, One of the most elaborate and magnificent of all the Jaisalmer havelis is the Patwaon Ki Haveli. Five Jain brothers built the Haveli between 1800 and 1860. Salim Singh Ki Haveli and Nathmal Ki Haveli are the other two havelis that are opened to visitors. Within the fort complex lie the beautifully carved Jain Temples. There are 7 temples in the complex - Chandraprabhu, Parasnath, Shitalnath, Sambhavnath, Shantinath, Kunthunath and Rikhabdev Temple. The temples are all connected by a series of corridors and walkways. Close by is the GyanBhandar (Library) where ancient manuscripts and other exhibits like astrological charts, besides the Jain equivalent of the Christian Shroud of Turin are placed.
- Later proceed to Dessert Camp in Sand dunes which is approx. 40 kms away from Jaisalmer. ( Dessert safari -Sand dunes is an optional tour – at additional cost)

Day 7 – Jaisalmer – Jodhpur

- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, directly payable on the spot)
- Any increase in taxes or fuel prices leading to increased costs on surface transportation & land arrangements prior to departure
- If payment is through credit card, extra charges of 2.5% on the total billing
- Peak season supplement charges, if applicable

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- The hotels and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation. Rates may change in case of any changes in hotel, transport, airline costs, government taxes, or entrance fees.
- The airfares are dynamic and subject to change and availability. We will be able to confirm the exact airfare only once the tickets are issued; any fare difference is to be borne by the client.
- Surcharges may be applicable over and above the holiday price for the requested period. The same will be advised at the time of booking or prior to confirmations.
- Universal hotel check-in time is between 02.00 pm - 03.00 pm and check-out time is between 10.00 am - 12.00 noon depending upon the hotel/resort.
- The above given rates are valid for Indian Nationals only.
- Note: Coach used for transfers & sightseeing will be provided only as per itinerary and not at disposal. (In case you require private transfers, the same can be arranged at an additional cost).
- Passenger names (as per passport) of the travelers must be provided 45 days prior to departure.
- Estive shall confirm the booking against the payment policy listed below. The Cheque / Demand Draft should be drawn in favor of “Estive Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Bangalore. The balance could be settled prior to Departure.
PAYMENT POLICY
- 50% of the total tour cost is to be made in advance to process/confirm the bookings
- Balance 50% payment to be received 30 working days prior to the departure date
- For bookings during peak season, full advance payment is required to confirm the reservations
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 100% retention charges applicable in case of any amendments/ cancellation if travel dates are during peak season / trade fairs.
AIR TICKET CANCELLATION POLICY
- The change/cancellation fees vary based on airlines' rules and currency conversion rates; for exact cancellation/change fees, please call us
- Partly utilized and no-show tickets cannot be cancelled
- Seat guarantee is subject to availability at the time of booking
- Domestic tickets are completely non-refundable
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
- Standard check-in time is 2 PM and check-out time is 08:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability, and the hotel might charge you extra for it
- Cancellation Charges:
- Until 60 days before departure: 5% cancellation charges
- Until 45 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges
- Until 30 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges
- Hotel change/cancellation fees vary based on hotel rules and currency conversion rates; for exact cancellation/change fees, please call us
- Children aged 12 years or above are fully charged
- In case of no-show at the hotel, the entire amount will be charged
- Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge during festive periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year's Eve, Trade Fairs, etc.); these additional charges must be borne by the client or can be paid directly at the hotel
- Refunds, if any, shall be processed within 20 working days from the date of request
